we cover Chemicals and Pollution? |

Yes.

The
GL policy is endorsed to cover pest control operations subject to
following all state & federal laws. [Endorsement]

The
Auto policy is also endorsed to cover collision, upset and overturn,
which would include all chemicals transported. [Endorsement] |

do we get a quote? |
| |
Complete the applications for applicable
coverage and send to
Gallagher. |

5 years of loss history from carriers is required. |

Gallagher requires 30 days to process quotation. |

Provide a recommendation from a current
member for reference. |

A copy of current policies helpful if a comparison to PestSure is
desired |
| Are
there minimum premiums? |
| |
There
is not a specific minimum premium, but a minimum revenue amount of
2 million. |
| Do
you have to buy stock? |
| |
No.
The stock purchase is an option. In the future owning stock could
have additional advantages. Currently our program benefits increase
the longer a member participates |
| What
financial Advantages does a captive provide? |
| |
PestSure & CPS are owned by the policyholders and stockholders. |
| |
A portion of all profits are returned to the member via rate reductions
and premium credits based on profitability. |
| How
are the rates set? |
| |
Once
a year the board meets to set rates. There are two strategies. |
| |
(1.)
Each company is evaluated on their own experience- merit rating |
| |
(2.)
Program experience is also reviewed to determine overall increases
and decreases. |

Workers
Compensation rates are set by the filing done in each state by our
carrier Old Republic Insurance Co. PestSure then has the option to
apply additional rating factors based on experience |
| Is
PestSure pricing Competitive? |

Very
much so. |

PestSure

A full time Loss Prevention team to assist with on site meetings,
evaluations and training.
A full time dedicated Claims Unit that knows Pest Control.
A full time team of Insurance Professionals to assist with

coverage’s and state requirements.
Various attorneys on retainer in all states, including a dedicated
Toxic and Chemical sensitivity attorney who has worked
with
PestSure for 10+ years |
